Various Wendy's across the country is offering a keychain tag for $1 and the tag allows you to come back and get a free Frosty Jr. every time you place an order at Wendy's through 12/31/12. And as added bonus you will be helping the Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption with every tag you purchase. But you definitely have to check your local Wendy's because not all are participating.
