Cheap MP3 player Coby 4 GB with FM tuner for $19.99 at Amazon

I found this cheap MP3 on Amazon (a friend is looking for a cheap one and I came across this one) that is made by Coby and is 4GB for $19.99.  Holds music and will play videos as well.  Gets 3 1/2 stars out of 5 and it seems like the majority of the complaints are about the picture quality, so if you are just looking for a music player, this one seems decent enough. It is also eligible for free shipping too.   For the price of this MP3 player, that's how much (and more) most earbuds cost!
